SHIPPING
Orders are processed at 8am every weekday. Any orders received after 8am are shipped the next day (or Monday if the order is placed over the weekend).
NZ orders are shipped using NZ Post. We use an overnight service for the North Island and a 2 day service for the South Island. These are target delivery times and there can be delays in the network during busy periods.
You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships (check your spam). If there are any delays contact the courier company via the tracking link first as this is the quickest way for the courier. Any issues let us know hello@amberjack.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.
Will be via NZPost>Australia Post or DHL express. Target delivery times are 3-7 days. You'll receive a tracking email (check your spam), any issues let us know and we'll follow up for you!
Note that 10ml or 50ml parfum products cannot be shipped outside NZ at this time.
We can ship anywhere in the world, just send a message to hello@amberjack.co.nz with the details of what you want and the shipping address, we'll come back to you with a quote.
Note that we cannot ship our spray perfumes Internationally at this time, due to the special handing required of products containing alcohol.
Any returns for incorrect items can be sent to our factory: 5A Willoughby Street, Paeroa, 3600. Please email hello@amberjack.co.nz to start a return and we'll provide a shipping label for use within 7 days. Once the return is received back, we'll send out the correction with no shipping cost.
Shipping for an exchange return is at your own cost, please email hello@amberjack.co.nz with details of the exchange request. Once the return is received we'll process the exchange for you. Note the shipping for the requested exchange is at your cost, we'll send a payment link requesting the additional shipping fee once the exchange is processed.
